Delivery is £6.99 for orders under £75, and free for orders over £75. We aim to despatch all orders placed before 1pm the same day for delivery next day, however on occasion delivery may take a little longer. Timed and special deliveries available upon request. Off shore, non-mainland postcodes and overseas orders will be charged at cost. We obtain individual shipping quotations to obtain the best possible rate, please enquire before you place your order. Damaged orders need to be signed for as such and reported to us within 24 hours so that we may resend your order urgently (and claim from the courier!) If for any reason you wish to return a product, please get in contact with us within 7 days of your delivery. Via telephone or email - please ensure you have your order number to hand.
